ManpowerGroup is seeking a Full stack Developer to design and implement scalable Java/Spring Boot services with React frontends, Camunda workflows, and RESTful APIs. You will collaborate in Agile teams to deliver robust, high-performance applications, focusing on reliability and scalability in cloud and On-Prem environments.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong problem-solving, and clear communication. Delaware local candidates only; on-site and W-2 contract ($46/hr).

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience required.
Must-have skills include Java and Spring Boot.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Experience with Linux/Unix environments preferred.
Terraform experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React.
Implement and integrate business workflows using Camunda.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Create UI test automation using Cypress.
Perform performance and load testing using JMeter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
