Job summary

Epic Games is seeking experienced Fullstack Engineers for the Identity team to build and operate login, sign-up, session management, and account features across Epic’s ecosystem. You’ll work on scalable web services, bring together frontend flows with backend services, and collaborate with cloud, DevOps, and game teams to deliver a seamless, user-first experience.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years crafting secure web applications in Java or similar languages, proficiency with modern frontend

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience crafting secure, scalable web applications and services.
• Experience programming back-end web services in Java or similar language.
• Experience programming front-end applications with modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS).
• Demonstrated understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Get things done: Own and implement solutions across the stack.
• Work with distributed systems and public cloud infrastructure to enable scalable services.
• Own the full lifecycle of services and web applications, including live ops and deployment.
• Design, deploy, and operate user flows for sign-in, sign-up, and account management.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream service owners, DevOps engineers to ship solutions.
• Utilize SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Dynamo, Redis) in backend services.
• Connect front-end flows with backend services for multiple clients across Epic ecosystem.
