Job summary

Google LLC seeks software engineers to develop next-generation AI-enabled systems at a massive scale. You will work across back-end and front-end stacks, drive prototypes, and shape product roadmaps in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role involves building libraries and services, partnering with PMs, researchers, and designers to deliver high-impact features for Google surfaces and users worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
8 years of software development experience.
5 years of testing and launching software products.
5 years of full stack development across back-end and front-end stacks.
3 years of software design and architecture experience.
Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces.

Responsibilities

Solve open-ended ambiguous problems and influence the team roadmap.
Manage full stack rapid prototyping and derisk new student experiences.
Scope, design and build libraries, APIs/Services for Google surfaces.
Work independently with minimal oversight and strong collaboration.
Lead collaborations with internal and external teams.
