Job summary

Fidelity Charitable is seeking experienced software engineers to deliver robust, customer-facing digital solutions. You will drive full-stack development with Java/Spring Boot on the backend and Angular on the frontend, guided by secure coding and TDD.

You will collaborate with architecture, security, UX, and platform teams, mentor peers, and help raise engineering standards while operating within Fidelity Charitable’s onsite model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, building, and maintaining full-stack, enterprise-scale apps.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum for delivering high-quality software.
• Advanced Angular (11+), HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end patterns.
• Backend development with Java (11+), Spring Boot, open-source tech.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and micro front-end architectures.
• DevSecOps focus with Jenkins, SonarQube, Git/GitHub, CI/CD, Datadog.
• Cloud-native with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes; secure, scalable deployments.
• TDD, automated testing, secure coding; collaboration with cross-functional teams.
