Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with related experience
• 5+ years of related experience expected
• Strong experience designing and developing full stack web applications
• Proficiency with modern front‑end frameworks (React with Context API and Hooks)
• Experience with C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, Next.js, Express)
• Solid understanding of API design and data integration
• Experience with geospatial technologies (ESRI, PostGIS, Mapbox)
• Familiarity with AI/agent based systems and RAG concepts
• Experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes environments

Responsibilities
