Job summary

OnePay is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the @Work team. You’ll build simple, beautiful experiences for money, earnings, and pay schedules, using Node/TypeScript, NestJS, Kubernetes, AWS, and React Native.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems.
Strong full-stack skills across backend and frontend.
Experience with payments or regulated consumer finance is a plus.
Clear communicator and team player.
Proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and implementation for projects powering our @work platform
Set architectural standards and ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and scalability
Partner with product, design, and operations to shape and deliver @Work product strategy
Oversee optimization of systems for reliability, security, and scalability
Own technical decision-making, balancing rapid delivery and sustainable solutions
