Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, building enterprise SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
• 3+ years professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 2+ years test automation experience (RSpec, Cucumber, or similar).
• Technical leadership/mentoring experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud and container technologies.
• Experience working in Agile or Kanban product teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing group.

Responsibilities

• Full stack web development with React (front end) and Ruby on Rails (back end).
• Collaborate with product management to clarify requirements.
• Apply strong system design and architecture skills.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in peer code reviews.
• Participate in Agile team ceremonies.
• Ownership of enhancements and new features as part of the team’s SDLC.
• Contribute to test automation for front-end and back-end.
• Support cloud-native development.
