Job summary

Netflix in Los Gatos, CA is seeking a software engineer to help shape the content lifecycle platforms from concept to streaming. You will design backend services, expose GraphQL/REST APIs, and deliver high-quality front-end experiences with React.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and consuming GraphQL/REST APIs powering rich client experiences.
• Backend exposure in Java, C#, or similar OO language with OO design.
• Experience with microservices and data modeling.
• Understanding distributed systems, multithreading and observability.
• Frontend development with HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS and React.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts across teams.
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to ship features end-to-end.
• Participation in on-call rotations and incident reviews.
