Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with distributed microservices.
• Mentor engineers, share tech trends, and contribute to internal/external communities.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based experiences for millions.
• Write and review code across Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, and TS.
• Provide technical leadership across Agile teams and set design/operational standards.
• Partner with architects to define service boundaries and reusable patterns.
• Identify refactoring opportunities to reduce tech debt and improve performance.
• Influence long-term technology strategy in a 'you build it, you own it' model.
