• Provide technical leadership across Agile teams and set standards for design and operations.
• Partner with architects to define service boundaries and reusable frameworks.
• Identify areas for improvement and refactor to reduce technical debt and enhance performance.
• Influence long-term technology strategy in a 'you build it, you own it' environment.
