Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support enterprise applications and integrations across backend, frontend, and integration layers.

You will contribute to secure, scalable solutions spanning React UIs, Java/Spring Boot services, and Python components within a large-scale environment. The role emphasizes governance, compliance, and security while enabling collaboration with architecture, platform, and business teams.

Competenze

• 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on React with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Strong backend with Java/Spring Boot and Python.
• Hands-on experience building chatbot UI features in production.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-native principles.
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes, relational and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable).
• Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and operational best practices.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack features using React, Java/Spring Boot, and Python.
• Develop responsive UI components and chatbot workflows in React.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement system integrations across internal apps and external platforms.
