You will provide technical guidance across the development team and work across front-end and back-end technologies, contributing to cloud-based architectures with product, QA, DevOps, and engineering stakeholders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Experience building enterprise-scale web applications and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack web applications and services.
• Develop front-end experiences with modern frameworks and robust back-end services.
• Translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and longer-term technical roadmaps.
• Develop APIs, integrations, and data workflows connecting systems.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Create technical documentation, design specs, and implementation plans.
• Lead through hands-on development and engineering best practices.
• Mentor developers via code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Drive adoption of modern development tools and architectural approaches.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning, and delivery forecasting.
• Support deployments and production operations across environments.
• Define and track measures around reliability, performance, and quality.
