Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale SaaS web applications. You will own features end-to-end, from design through production, and work with a modern stack including Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.

You will shape architecture, leverage AI-assisted tools to boost productivity, and mentor fellow engineers while owning performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, SaaS or web-based products.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application development.
• Experience owning software features from design through production.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar technologies.

Aufgaben

• Build and own new product features from initial design and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
• Develop full-stack SaaS applications using Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Help shape technical design decisions, application architecture, APIs, and database structures.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and overall engineering productivity.
• Collaborate with a Principal Engineer to help establish and evolve modern, AI-driven engineering practices.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Take ownership of production performance, quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
