Job summary

Sphere is seeking senior full stack engineers to own and build out new product lines (input tax, withholding tax, e-invoicing, tariffs) as well as mission-critical parts of the Sphere platform (filing infrastructure, tax engine and AI-related features). Your work directly drives Sphere's growth and ARR in a fast-paced environment.

Within weeks you will ship features used by clients, manage a key component, and collaborate with customers like Eleven Labs, Lovable and Deel to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Proven Python development experience with Django backend and data pipelines.
• Comfort with frontend tasks in React when needed.
• Very strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage features, driving measurable outcomes.
