Job summary

IntePros is seeking a strong Full Stack Engineer to join a team supporting and developing critical enterprise applications in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a hands‑on role with a heavy backend focus and ownership of existing applications and new development.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of full‑stack experience, robust backend skills (60%+), and the ability to work with vendors and business stakeholders in enterprise environments. Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong backend experience (60%+).
• Experience taking ownership of applications from development through production.
• Experience in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Windsurf, or similar is highly preferred.
• Experience with spec-driven development is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with vendors and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role with a heavy backend focus, ownership of existing applications and new development.
• Support, maintenance, and modernization of critical enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain robust REST APIs and microservices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and secure development practices.
• Triage and remediate production issues and vulnerabilities.
