Job summary

The role reports to IT Development Manager and involves interaction with analysts, service desk staff, and other technical teams. Strong leadership and agile skills are expected for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of application development experience.
• Full-stack development with hands-on Node.js and React.
• Proficient in SQL with PostgreSQL and Oracle DB.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud (IAM Roles, Pipelines, CloudFormation).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Nice to have Python and Pandas.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Code reviews for accuracy and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop in multiple modules and architectures per best practices and current technologies.
• Contribute to automated build process.
• Create systems documentation and knowledgebase management for support efficiencies.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Design and conduct tests.
• Develop new applications serving existing software systems.
• Further develop current software.
• Support users with documentation and assistance tools.
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating alternatives and new technologies for architectural review.
