Job summary

Ember Group Consulting seeks an experienced Full Stack Engineer to lead API-driven development across the full stack. You will translate client requirements into robust front-end and back-end solutions, focusing on scalable, secure APIs and comprehensive documentation.

You will guide and mentor client teams, implement automated tests, deployment, and monitoring, and stay current with API standards and technologies to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack development with API focus.
• Strong proficiency in front-end (JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue).
• Back-end experience (Node.js/Python/Java/.NET) and API design (REST/GraphQL).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications across the full stack.
• Implement front-end components and back-end services consuming APIs securely and efficiently.
• Ensure API security, performance, and scalability; document APIs for internal/external use.
• Build automation for testing, deployment, and monitoring of API infrastructure.
• Mentor client development teams and provide technical guidance.
