Job summary

X-Team is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build an AI-native workflow platform. You’ll design and implement scalable services, APIs, and interfaces that empower global teams to transform unstructured data into actionable process knowledge.

You will work across Go, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AI tooling to ship robust features with an emphasis on reliability, observability, and rapid iteration, while aligning with strict latency and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a track record of scaling production microservices.
• Idiomatic Go depth: Go std lib patterns, chi routers, pgx, and slog.
• Modern React & TypeScript: expert in React 19, components, hooks, and state management.
• Database & Python: PostgreSQL design, indexing, caching (Redis/Valkey) and Python async services.
• High-velocity & AI-native execution: experience with AI-assisted tools to speed development while maintaining quality.
• Location: Latam with 8-hour overlap with PST.
• English communication skills for collaboration and design docs.

The Mission

Instead of relying on expensive, slow consultancies that leave behind static documentation, our client builds cutting-edge systems that ingest unstructured operational data—tickets, emails, documentation, and logs—and transform it into a living, continuously updated process knowledge base. Your mission is to help build our client's production platform from the ground up, setting the architectural foundation for how global enterprise work is mapped, understood, and optimized.

The Role

As a core Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will focus on building high-leverage systems and interfaces that power our enterprise transformation platform.

• Full-Stack Execution: Build and scale core backend microservices in Go while delivering modern, reactive user interfaces in React 19 & TypeScript.
• AI Orchestration & RAG: Architect production AI workflows, integrating LLM completions, embeddings, vector search, and multi-agent frameworks to process unstructured enterprise data.
• Database Architecture: Design, optimize, and maintain production PostgreSQL schemas, migrations, and caching layers (pgx, Redis/Valkey).
• System Reliability: Implement end-to-end testing discipline, structured logging (slog), and observability (Datadog/GCP) to ensure enterprise-grade stability.
• High-Velocity Development: Leverage AI-native workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) daily to ship features rapidly without sacrificing architectural integrity.

The "Must-Haves"

• Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience, with a proven track record of architecting and scaling production microservices from the ground up.
• Idiomatic Go Depth: Deep production mastery of Go standard library patterns, lightweight routers (chi/net/http), high-performance Postgres drivers (pgx), and structured logging (slog).
• Modern React & TypeScript: Expert-level mastery of modern React (React 19), component composition, custom hooks, and state management systems.
• Database & Python Fundamentals: Strong relational database design skills (advanced PostgreSQL schema design, indexing, migrations, caching via Redis/Valkey) alongside Python proficiency for constructing async services and integrating with ML tooling.
• High-Velocity & AI-Native Execution: Proven experience leveraging modern AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate development without compromising on architectural integrity, test coverage, or system reliability.
• Location & Schedule: Strictly restricted to Latam, with the ability to maintain a full 8-hour daily overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST/PDT).
• Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills are strictly required to translate ambiguous enterprise requirements into technical designs, collaborate synchronously, and maintain architectural documentation.

• Direct AI/LLM Production Experience: Hands‑on experience building production RAG pipelines, function calling, vector search integrations, and multi‑agent frameworks for unstructured data.
