Job summary

Mattermost, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale a core web platform for defense and critical infrastructure sectors. The role focuses on Go and React, architecting features and ensuring security and compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack development in Go and React or equivalent stack.
• Experience designing and consuming REST and WebSocket APIs with solid networking fundamentals.
• Relational database experience with PostgreSQL including schema design and query optimization.
• Hands-on fluency directing AI coding agents for development tasks.
• Proven ability to ship and own complex software end-to-end without close supervision.
