Job summary

Orchard Robotics is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build FruitScope OS, the web app farmers use to run their farms. You will own major product problems end to end, from understanding customer needs to designing solutions, building across the stack, shipping to production, and learning directly from customers.

You will leverage deep frontend and backend knowledge to invent new solutions addressing customer needs, reducing waste and increasing farm profitability and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience building production-quality web apps at scale.
• Strong frontend, backend, database, and cloud infra knowledge (React, Python, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud).
• You own end-to-end feature development and address customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build major FruitScope OS web app features from concept through production.
• Develop for backend, frontend, UI/UX, and database.
• Create intuitive interfaces that translate agricultural data into actionable insights.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and data models.
• Collaborate with farmers to understand problems and rapidly improve the product.
