EWOR is launching cutting-edge new initiatives and seeks exceptional operators and builders to join our new department. You will lead and own critical 0-to-1 initiatives, translating strategic vision into concrete roadmaps and driving rapid progress from prototype to production.

You will work with an elite team, report directly to the department founder, and have the opportunity for equity upside as the department grows, including potential spin-offs and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Industrial Tech.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potentially a spin-off to attract institutional backing.
