Job summary

Higlobe, Inc. is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to build scalable event-driven systems using Kafka, Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript. You will design MySQL/PostgreSQL schemas, implement secure APIs, and translate Figma designs into React components with Tailwind CSS.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain event-driven backend services using Kafka, Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript.
• Design database schemas and write efficient, scalable queries in MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Write secure code for a fraud-sensitive platform, following PCI DSS best practices.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications.
• Contribute to the evolution of a microservices-based architecture.
• Build frontend components and views using React and Tailwind CSS based on Figma designs.
• Use AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor) to speed up development.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user-facing features.
