Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of proven expertise in building scalable, cloud-native applications and integrating Agentic AI capabilities into modern software systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical leadership across the full development lifecycle — from front-end interfaces to backend microservices, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms — along with strong command of application migration and testing best practices. This role requires someone who can both architect complex solutions and mentor engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and lead development of scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Drive the integration of Agentic AI solutions to automate workflows and enhance application intelligence.
• Lead the design and deployment of microservices and REST APIs, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Oversee containerized application deployments using Kubernetes, including orchestration strategy and best practices.
• Own end-to-end cloud architecture and solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Guide data engineering and analytics integration using Databricks and Snowflake.
• Lead complex application migration initiatives, ensuring minimal downtime, data integrity, and business continuity.
• Define enterprise-level testing methodologies (unit, integration, regression, automated) and champion a culture of quality engineering.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, including code reviews and architectural guidance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to drive innovation and technical excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex, high-impact production issues across the application stack.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Expert-level proficiency in Node.js, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks/tools and embedding AI-driven capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture at scale.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration in production environments.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture.
• Advanced working knowledge of Databricks and Snowflake for data processing, pipelines, and analytics.
• Proven track record leading application migration projects (e.g., legacy-to-cloud, monolith-to-microservices).
• Strong command of software testing methodologies, QA strategy, and test automation frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices at an enterprise scale.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates).
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams or acting as a technical lead/architect.
• Certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect), Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or related technologies.
• Experience in solution architecture or technical pre-sales support.
