NoaNet, a Spokane Valley-based nonprofit provider of telecom solutions, is seeking a Senior Full Stack DevOps Engineer. This role is remote with residency in Washington, Oregon or Idaho and requires ownership of full lifecycle from architecture to production support.

Qualifications

Strong full stack development experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, PHP, Go or similar languages.
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
Familiarity with Linux environments, networking, and security basics.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications and BSS/OSS tools.
Develop front-end and back-end services and API integrations.
Maintain PostgreSQL-backed applications and data models.
Build integrations across platforms like ServiceNow, NetSuite, monday.com, Zabbix.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Automate provisioning, configuration, and operations.
Build and maintain containerized apps using Docker and related tech.
Develop monitoring, logging, and observability capabilities.
