Job summary

Syncreon Consulting in the United States is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Agentic AI experience, focusing on Java backend, Spring, TypeScript, and React, to join our advanced engineering team.

You will design and implement scalable microservices, APIs, and AI-assisted tooling, while collaborating with cross-functional partners and maintaining secure coding practices; prior experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL Server is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of full stack development with a focus on Java and modern frontend frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data).
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React, including state management and responsive UI development.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar, with ability to critically evaluate AI outputs.
• Strong experience with SQL Server (or a comparable RDBMS), including complex queries and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, REST API design, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong grasp of software design patterns, OOP, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Playwright.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
