Job summary

NorthHill Technology Resources LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support a Federal Program in Springfield, VA. An active TS/SCI clearance is required; CI/CD experience and cloud familiarity are highly valued.

The role is on-site in Springfield, VA, demanding hands-on work across front-end and back-end stacks,Restful APIs, and relational databases. The candidate will collaborate in an Agile environment, deliver secure software, and contribute to DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development in the same role.
• Full-time on-site in Springfield, VA.
• Experience with front-end and back-end technologies listed.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases.
• Hands-on with CI/CD and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React preferred).
• Develop back-end services in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and RESTful APIs.
• Design and consume APIs, work with PostgreSQL/SQL Server/Oracle.
• Implement tests (PyTest, Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams.

NorthHill Technology Resources has a need for a Senior Full Stack Developerto support a Federal Program inSpringfield, VA. This is a direct-hire role with our client, a fast-growing Federal Integrator. An active TS/SCI Clearance is required, will sponsor for CI Polygraph within first year.

Required:

• Active TS/SCI.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development: front end and back end, recently and in the same role.
• Full time on site in Springfield, VA.

What the work needs (hands‑on and current, not just exposure):

• Front end: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;font-size:11pt3 and a modern framework. React preferred; Angular or Vue considered.
• Back end: Python services and APIs (FastAPI, Django or Flask)
• Designing and consuming RESTful APIs; relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server or Oracle)
• Automated testing (PyTest, Jest, Cypress, Playwright or similar)
• Building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Jenkins)
• Git workflows and Agile/Scrum delivery
