Job summary

Franklin Electric is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our Application Development team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have experience with React, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and Version control with Git.

Experience with Azure Cloud technologies is a plus, including Azure DevOps and CICD Pipelines. You will participate as a high-performing team member in the full software development lifecycle, from software specifications to design, coding, and integration testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, C#, SQL and Git.
• Azure Cloud technologies experience a plus (Azure DevOps, CICD pipelines).
• Ability to design, code, test, document software components and provide accurate estimates.
• Experience with front-end and back-end applications and services.

Responsibilities

• Designs and codes applications/integrations to support business requirements.
• Completes necessary testing to ensure high quality.
• Documents functionality from a technical perspective.
• Provides accurate estimates of development task effort.
• Follows policies and procedures and may contribute to guidelines.
