Synbus Inc is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain high-performance web applications for local and international clients. You will work across backend and frontend layers using Ruby on Rails, Django, Laravel, and modern JS frameworks to deliver scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps, and AI automation specialists, own technical challenges, write clean code, and adapt to changing tech stacks as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional full stack or backend web development.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Django, or Laravel.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; frontend frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases.
• Git and version control proficiency.
• Ability to work across stacks in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using frontend and backend technologies.
• Build server-side applications with Ruby on Rails, Python/Django, and PHP/Laravel as required.
• Develop responsive, interactive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services.
• Design and optimize relational databases, queries, migrations, and data models.
• Implement secure authentication, RBAC, authorization, and security best practices.
• Develop reusable modules and scalable backend services.
• Integrate payment gateways, CRM, marketing systems, and external apps.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize queries, caching, and performance.
• Write automated tests, debug, and maintain production systems.
• Collaborate with DevOps for deployment and maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Work with designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
