Job summary

Peregrine Advisors in Washington, DC area is seeking a technically skilled Full Stack Developer to join a cross-disciplinary team delivering modern web applications using PHP/Laravel, Python, and responsive frontend technologies.

You will build scalable systems, create intuitive UIs, develop APIs, and optimize data processing across the stack while collaborating with data scientists, DevSecOps engineers, and other developers to solve mission-critical problems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional development with PHP/Laravel and Python.
• Strong frontend skills with HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+ in React/Vue/Angular.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and scalable web apps.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build modern web applications using PHP/Laravel and scalable architectures.
• Develop responsive frontends with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Create robust RESTful APIs and data processing pipelines.
• Design database integrations and optimize storage and retrieval.
• Develop Python automation scripts for data processing tasks.
• Deploy and manage web apps in AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront).
• Implement testing frameworks and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with data scientists, DevSecOps, and developers across the stack.
