We are looking for a 10x, next-level full stack developer to build Python/FastAPI services and React interfaces on a fast-paced team — AI-led, spec-driven development.

Registix operates in reverse logistics and liquidation, helping move returned and excess inventory back into the market. We are building technology that connects inventory, purchasing, sales, and operations, making complex workflows easier for our teams and customers.

This is not a maintenance job. We are looking for a 10x developer — someone genuinely next level, who ships more in a week than most teams ship in a month, and who wants to keep leveling up. We are looking for a product-minded full stack developer who can take a business problem from an initial conversation to a reliable, usable product. You will build across Python/FastAPI services and React interfaces, working closely with technology leadership and business teams to shape what we build and how it works.

The pace here is fast and the bar is high. You should be comfortable working from high-level direction and incomplete requirements: asking thoughtful questions, making practical recommendations, and creating clear specifications before implementation. We embrace AI-led development and expect you to use AI coding tools and agents aggressively while owning the quality of everything you ship.

Base pay range is $140,000–$185,000, plus a bonus based on revenue targets and achievement.

What You'll Do

• Own features end to end, from discovery and specification through backend and frontend development, testing, deployment, and iteration
• Build production APIs and services with Python and FastAPI, and intuitive, responsive interfaces with React and TypeScript
• Turn business goals into concise, version-controlled specifications covering user flows, API contracts, data models, edge cases, and testable acceptance criteria
• Use specifications to guide AI-assisted implementation and testing, keeping specs aligned with product decisions and delivered behavior
• Work directly with users and operational teams to understand problems, challenge assumptions, and deliver practical improvements with minimal oversight
• Design PostgreSQL schemas and efficient queries, and connect products with internal systems and third-party APIs
• Deploy and support services in Google Cloud Platform, contributing to CI/CD, observability, performance, and secure access
• Write meaningful automated tests, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and improve reliability and maintainability
• Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and blockers clearly, and propose improvements to both the product and the development process

What We're Looking For

• Strong professional experience delivering full stack software, with hands-on production experience in Python, FastAPI, React and TypeScript
• Proven product development experience: shaping solutions, making scope and usability tradeoffs, shipping features, and improving them through user feedback
• Experience with spec-driven development, including writing actionable specifications and translating acceptance criteria into implementation and tests
• Ability to move forward with minimal requirements and supervision while confirming important assumptions on consequential decisions
• Active experience using AI coding assistants or agents in your development workflow, with the judgment to evaluate, debug and maintain their output
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, relational databases, authentication, authorization, Git, automated testing and production troubleshooting
• Local residence within commuting distance of Cornelius, NC, and availability to work in the office Monday through Thursday; Fridays are remote
• Helpful: GCP services (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Build, Secret Manager), Docker and infrastructure as code
