Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to build and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and MS SQL Server. You will create responsive interfaces, integrate APIs, and write efficient SQL for features and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with NodeJS and REST API development, preferably with ExpressJS.
• Advanced SQL skills with emphasis on Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS for responsive and accessible development.
• Proficiency with Git and modern source control workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate server-side services and REST APIs using NodeJS and ExpressJS.
• Design, write, unit test, and document application code.
• Write and optimize MS SQL queries, joins, views, and stored procedures for features and reporting.
• Produce clear reports, requirements, user stories, and design documentation using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Apply problem solving and design skills with focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and availability.
• Participate in software design and architecture discussions to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders, perform code reviews, and provide feedback.
