Job summary

Trane Technologies in Minnesota is seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our digital solutions team on site. You will architect and implement backend services in Java/Spring Boot on Azure and build frontend experiences with Next.js, React, and TypeScript for our connected product ecosystem.

You will collaborate to design scalable, secure microservices, deploy cloud-native IoT solutions, and ensure high performance of web and mobile applications across environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot in Azure.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Experience building production-grade frontend apps with Next.js and React.
• Experience architecting distributed, multi-tenant microservices.
• Strong DevOps practices and CI/CD in Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable web and mobile solutions.
