Job summary

OnTrac Solutions is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Cloud Engineer to design, build, test, and deploy modern full‑stack features across a React frontend, a Node.js REST API, and a PostgreSQL database. You will manage cloud deployments, automation, and CI/CD pipelines on Google Cloud Platform using Terraform and Docker.

Required certifications, Docker containerization, IaC with Terraform, and CI/CD expertise with Cloud Build or GitHub Actions, plus strong REST API, React, and PostgreSQL skills.

Qualifications

• Active Google Cloud certification (Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Developer) or equivalent depth on Google Cloud.
• Hands-on Docker for containerizing Node.js apps and managing runtime environments.
• Solid proficiency writing Terraform scripts to provision GCP infrastructure.
• Proven ability to configure and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines (Google Cloud Build or GitHub Actions).
• Strong frontend experience building React components from Figma designs.
• Backend expertise designing, building, and securing RESTful APIs with Node.js.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL including data modeling, SQL, and migrations.
• Experience implementing integration and end-to-end (Cypress, Playwright, Supertest) tests.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack features across React frontend, Node.js backend, and PostgreSQL schema.
• Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive React components and views.
• Build and maintain REST API layer for frontend-backend communication.
• Design and evolve PostgreSQL data models and write schema migrations.
• Create and maintain integration and end-to-end tests to validate user journeys.
