Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or closely related field.
• 7 years of Application Development experience.
• 3 years of Business Systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of data architectures and applications.
• Experience leading complex projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide the most complex architecture and technical designs for client onboarding and requirements.
• Oversee the entire application life cycle including coordination with user groups and training.
• Conduct complex analysis and provide estimates; plan install of enhancements and integrations.
• Scan and debug complex technology to maintain optimum system performance.
• Provide guidance and education to lower level employees.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
