Job summary

Thomas & Herbert Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior FMV/Imagery Intelligence Analyst with an active TS/SCI clearance to support U.S. Special Operations missions from Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

You will deliver advanced imagery and intelligence analysis in direct support of missions, producing targeting-ready products and collaborating within a high‑performing team. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Recent FMV and/or Imagery Analysis experience
• 5-6 years intelligence experience in IMINT, All Source, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT or related fields
• At least 2.5 years hands‑on FMV analysis and imagery production within last five years
• Two years FMV analysis experience within JSOC (meets minimum requirement)
• Typing at least 35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced FMV and imagery analysis in support of Special Operations missions
• Produce detailed intelligence products supporting the F3EA targeting methodology
• Develop imagery products and conduct advanced imagery exploitation
• Evaluate intelligence systems and processes to solve complex requirements
• Apply intelligence expertise across targeting and geospatial systems
• Brief intelligence findings to leadership and guide subordinate analysts
• Use intelligence automation tools to support production
• Operate across IMINT, All Source, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT and related disciplines

Thomas & Herbert Consulting LLC is hiring experienced Full Motion Video (FMV) and Imagery Intelligence Analysts to support the JGASS II program and U.S. Special Operations missions at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

What You'll Do

As a Senior FMV/Imagery Intelligence Analyst, you'll provide advanced imagery and intelligence analysis in direct support of Special Operations missions.

• Perform advanced FMV and imagery analysis in support of regional and point target analysis.
• Produce detailed intelligence products supporting the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze (F3EA) targeting methodology.
• Develop imagery products and conduct advanced imagery exploitation.
• Evaluate intelligence systems, architectures, analytical processes, procedures, techniques, and methodologies to solve complex operational requirements.
• Apply operational and tactical intelligence expertise across targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.
• Brief intelligence findings to leadership and effectively guide subordinate analysts.
• Utilize intelligence automation tools and computer applications to support analytical production.
• Perform at a highly proficient level across intelligence disciplines including IMINT, All Source, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, Sensor Operations, and related intelligence functions.
• Complete Government‑provided Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC) training.
• Serve as an ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) following completion of required training.Collaborate effectively as both an independent analyst and a member of a high-performing team.
• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered, you must have:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Recent, hands‑on FMV and/or Imagery Analysis experience.
• 5-6 years of overall intelligence experience in one or more of the following disciplines: IMINT, All Source Intelligence, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, Sensor Operations, other related intelligence specialties
• At least 2.5 years hands‑on FMV analysis and imagery production experience within the last five years,
• OR
• Two years of hands‑on FMV analysis experience within JSOC (meets the minimum requirement).
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard.

Compensation

W-2 Employee

• Salary range: $78,000 - $115,000 based on experience and inclusive of OCONUS deployment pay
• Sign on bonus: $10,000

• Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 based on experience

Schedule and Location

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a modified Panama schedule
• Deployment: Annual OCONUS deployments (3 month assignments) after 1 year on the job
