Job summary

Nouria Energy is seeking Fuel Systems Technicians at entry and senior levels to join our field team. You will work on fuel dispensers, underground storage tanks, leak detection, and vapor recovery units to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable fueling operations.

Entry to senior levels offer hands-on training, growth opportunities, and exposure to Veeder-Root, Gilbarco, and Wayne systems. This role is full-time, on-site in Savannah, GA with local travel between locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain fuel dispensers, underground storage tanks, leak detection systems, and vapor recovery units.
• Install and upgrade fueling equipment and related technology.
• Perform preventive maintenance and compliance inspections.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed service, inspection, and compliance records.
• Support construction projects, tank testing, and permitting activities.

Fuel Systems Technician (Entry & Senior Level) $30-$34/hr Savannah, GA (31405)

What You’ll Do

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining fuel dispensers, underground storage tanks (USTs), leak detection systems, and vapor recovery units
• Installing and upgrading fueling equipment and related technology
• Performing preventive maintenance and compliance inspections
• Responding to service calls and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner
• Maintaining detailed service, inspection, and compliance records
• Supporting construction projects, tank testing, and permitting activities

Senior-level technicians will also:

• Serve as a technical lead and mentor to junior technicians
• Act as a subject matter expert for fueling systems and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with vendors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies
• Recommend system upgrades and long-term improvements

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to a range of experience levels and will match responsibilities accordingly.

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel between store locations

Preferred (varies by level)

• Technical certification or vocational training
• Experience with fuel systems in retail, convenience store, or commercial fueling environments
• Familiarity with Veeder-Root, Gilbarco, and Wayne systems
• OSHA and/or HAZMAT certification
• 5+ years of fuel systems experience for senior-level roles

Working Conditions

• Full-time, in-person role
• Frequent local travel between locations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
• On-call availability for emergency or after-hours service as needed
