Job summary

C&S Companies in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for its Fuel Facility team. Location at a C&S office is preferred; remote location negotiable. Full-Time is preferred; Part-Time negotiable.

The Senior Project Engineer will build client relationships and manage fueling systems projects across aviation, automotive, and related markets. The role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary design team to deliver projects, developing budgets and schedules, ensuring code

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, environmental, or industrial engineering or related field.
• 10+ years' experience on fueling systems projects involving flammable and combustible liquids.
• PE license preferred or willingness to pursue PE.
• Strong understanding of flammable and combustible liquids engineering principles and safety regulations.
• Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental laws.
• Ability to write sequence of operation processes with P&IDs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop effort budgets and schedules for prospective project pursuits.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients and professionals.
• Generate project opportunities.
• Improve processes for efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
• Implement QA protocols and review project deliverables.
• Champion safety and risk management throughout projects.
• Develop P&IDs for aviation, automotive, heating oil, and emergency generator systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders on progress and issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and support professional development.
• Follow safe work practices per standards.
• Report incidents and hazards promptly to supervisors.
