Plentific is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for a fully remote role. You will work with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend tooling to build user interfaces used by housing providers, contractors, and residents.

The role emphasizes shipping fast, accessible, and well-tested frontends, with strong focus on performance, security, and collaboration with product managers and designers across Europe and beyond.

Formación

• Six or more years of professional software engineering experience.
• Five+ years of commercial React and TypeScript experience.
• Shipping production frontends for customer-facing SaaS products.
• Experience in large, long-lived codebases with good patterns.
• REST API consumption in a service-oriented architecture (Django REST Framework or equivalent).
• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers and designers.
• Availability to work with UK working hours overlap and remote work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain product interfaces in TypeScript, React, and component libraries.
• Translate product requirements into technical specs and design scopes.
• Design component APIs and data-fetching patterns for maintainability.
• Integrate with REST APIs and shape backend contracts.
• Refactor and retire legacy code to enable new features.
• Diagnose and fix frontend performance issues and security risks.
• Write unit/integration/e2e tests to enable frequent shipping.
• Instrument observability with Sentry, Grafana, or New Relic; respond to alerts.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and backend engineers across releases.
• Promote spec-driven development and AI-assisted coding workflows.
