Job summary

Smart Working Solutions is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to build and maintain secure admin portals and dashboards using React, TypeScript, and Next.js. You will work across frontend and backend integrations in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with React, Next.js, server components, and CI/CD pipelines. You will independently manage deployments using AWS, Docker, and GitHub Actions, driving performance and reliability in production.

Qualifications

• Front-end development with React and TypeScript.
• Next.js with App Router, server components and middleware.
• Experience building admin portals and dashboards.
• Frontend testing with Vitest, React Testing Library and Playwright.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions; familiarity with GitLab CI/Jenkins.
• Docker and AWS deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain secure admin portals and dashboards with React, TS, Next.js.
• Build Next.js apps using App Router, server components, middleware, API routes.
• Implement server-side authentication and RBAC improvements.
• Create automated frontend tests with Vitest, RTL and Playwright.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments via GitHub Actions, Docker and AWS.
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and services.
• Troubleshoot deployment, infra, and application issues.
• Contribute to frontend performance optimization and production delivery.
• Participate in technical discussions and propose improvements.
• Review AI-assisted code for quality and integration.
