Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, primarily in product development.
• Hands-on experience with telemetry and observability tools, including Datadog.
• Proven track record in frontend performance work and metrics improvement.
• Expertise in accessibility standards and practices.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, including modern features.
• Fluency with browser APIs and DOM architecture.
• Ability to reverse-engineer external surfaces effectively.
• Strong fundamentals in CSS and responsive design principles.
• Experience leading design systems and shared component libraries.
• A user-centered mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for frontend architecture.
• Lead UI work in React and TypeScript.
• Integrate with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Reverse-engineer APIs and external surfaces.
• Monitor performance and implement logging strategies.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met.
• Manage the Brisk design system.
• Define testing strategy and maintain code sanity.
