Qualifications
8+ years of professional software engineering experience, primarily in product development.
Hands-on experience with telemetry and observability tools, including Datadog.
Proven track record in frontend performance work and metrics improvement.
Expertise in accessibility standards and practices.
Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, including modern features.
Fluency with browser APIs and DOM architecture.
Ability to reverse-engineer external surfaces effectively.
Strong fundamentals in CSS and responsive design principles.
Experience leading design systems and shared component libraries.
A user-centered mindset with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Set technical direction for frontend architecture.
Lead UI work in React and TypeScript.
Integrate with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Reverse-engineer APIs and external surfaces.
Monitor performance and implement logging strategies.
Ensure accessibility standards are met.
Manage the Brisk design system.
Define testing strategy and maintain code sanity.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with teams.
Contribute to backend services in Python and Flask.
