Job summary

WeSource is seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer with backend knowledge to join our engineering team in the United States. You will contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of our platform, focusing on robust client-side solutions.

The role emphasizes React/TypeScript, GraphQL (Apollo Client), Mantine, and front-end testing, with opportunities to influence architecture, quality, and performance while collaborating with product, design, and engineering leads.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of frontend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with GraphQL (Apollo Client).
• Familiarity with Mantine or similar UI libraries.
• Experience with form management in React.
• Understanding of state management, testing, and deployment strategies.
• Experience with build systems, bundlers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent English communication for technical discussions.
• Proficiency with Mac or Linux development environments.
• Ability to collaborate during US Eastern core hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust frontend solutions using React/TypeScript with Mantine.
• GraphQL APIs with Apollo Client.
• Contribute to technical decision-making balancing business requirements with technical constraints.
• Follow and extend best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment processes across the stack.
• Collaborate with product management, UI/UX designers, and engineering leads to implement technical specifications.
• Optimize application performance across multiple applications.
• Apply type safety and code reusability best practices.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest tools and techniques, recommending them for incorporation into the platform.
