Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years with React.
• 2+ years in a true full stack or backend-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance React/Next.js website with new features.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to design end-to-end features.
• Lead projects from inception to delivery with clear specs.
• Write design documents and manage Jira cards.
• Implement A/B tests and feature flags.
• Maintain observability with dashboards and alerts.
• Fix production issues and ensure smooth user experience.
• Work fully remote and contribute to collaborative culture.
