Job summary

Heyo is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the team and build cutting-edge web interfaces using React/Next.js. You will translate UI/UX designs into high-quality components, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and drive performance and accessibility improvements across web applications.

The role emphasizes reusable components, front-end architecture, and staying current with industry trends. A strong portfolio and excellent teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior frontend engineer with React experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with state management using Zustand/Redux/Mobx.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Familiar with frontend build tools and package managers (Turbopack, Vite, Webpack, npm/yarn/pnpm).
• Version control with Git.
• Unit testing / TDD experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web applications using React/Next.js and other frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with design to translate UI/UX wireframes into interactive pages.
• Implement and maintain reusable components and libraries.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend with server logic.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback.
• Stay updated with frontend trends and technologies.
