Job summary

Modern Family Law, a fast-growing national firm, seeks a Senior Frontend React Engineer to own the frontend architecture of a greenfield product for family law. You will build in React and TypeScript, translating designs into production workflows and ensuring scalable components.

Collaborate with backend engineers, integrate AI-enabled features, implement robust forms, validation, and accessibility, and drive performance and testing standards as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building React/TypeScript frontends for complex workflows.
• Experience designing component architecture, state management, routing and forms.
• Familiarity with API contracts and collaboration with backend engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own frontend architecture and implementation in React/TypeScript for a greenfield product.
• Define patterns for multi-step workflows, forms, validation, autosave and error handling.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to align data structures and contracts.
• Establish frontend conventions, testing practices and performance/ accessibility standards.
• Review code and mentor junior frontend developers as the team grows.
