Sleeper is seeking a highly intelligent Frontend Software Engineer to help build our mobile and web products, impacting millions of users daily.

You will collaborate with designers, write clean React Native and TypeScript code, create reusable UI components, and connect to back-end services via REST or GraphQL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile/web frontend development.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong JavaScript and React Native knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Write clean, maintainable code using React Native, TypeScript, and related libraries.
• Develop reusable UI components with a well-structured hierarchy.
• Implement UI functionality using React state, props, hooks, and lifecycle methods.
• Integrate front-end with back-end services via REST or GraphQL.
• Troubleshoot performance, sockets, data caching and other issues.
• Stay up-to-date on React, mobile development practices, and accessibility guidelines.
