Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a senior front-end engineer to build a new headless front-end for a top news site. You will shape architecture, set front-end standards, and work with AI-assisted workflows.

The role targets an early-next-year launch with a focus on performance, SEO, and accessibility. You should have 5+ years in senior front-end engineering, strong React/Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript, and experience with Headless CMS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior front-end engineering.
• Advanced React, Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript.
• Experience with Headless CMS and API-driven content.
• Focus on Core Web Vitals, Technical SEO, and Web Accessibility.
• Proven record establishing automated testing practices.
• Active AI-First workflow using daily AI coding assistants.
• Fluent English for daily collaboration with a US team.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the new headless front-end architecture.
• Deliver the initial launch page within the early-next-year schedule.
• Establish front-end standards, component patterns, testing frameworks, and code review processes.
• Maintain ownership of performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and accessibility.
• Connect user interfaces with headless CMS platforms and internal APIs.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with the Core Web engineering manager.
• Implement and refine AI-driven agentic workflows across the development lifecycle.
