The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills and other qualifications, geographic location as noted, internal equity, and other external market factors.

Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation including, but not limited to, annual bonuses, commissions, RSUs, or other forms of compensation in addition to the established salary range.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and work location. US-based employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits. US-based employees also receive 20 paid days of vacation and 12 paid days of company holidays in a calendar year.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and Build
    • Design, develop, and enhance highly scalable, performance‑driven frontend solutions that power our growth funnels, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
    • Write well‑tested, maintainable, and efficient code using React and TypeScript, ensuring robust performance and smooth user interactions.
  • Enable Data‑Driven Decisions
    • Partner closely with data scientists and product managers to track and interpret critical user behavior metrics.
    • Build and integrate A/B testing frameworks, feature flags, and analytics solutions that optimize our user acquisition strategies and inform future product investments.
  • Collaborate and Refine
    • Work with cross‑functional teams—including Design, Product, and Marketing—to deliver delightful user experiences.
    • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and strategic planning sessions to elevate the quality and impact of our user‑facing products.
  • Experiment and Iterate
    • Develop rapid prototypes to validate hypotheses about user acquisition and engagement.
    • Continuously refine and optimize user journey flows, aiming to reduce friction and increase conversions.
  • Drive Technical Excellence
    • Champion frontend best practices, ensuring high standards of code quality, security, and performance.
