Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with frontend focus.
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Svelte, Vue).
• Experience building component libraries, design systems, or shared UI infrastructure.
• Comfort reading and contributing to server-side code in Java/Node.js.
• Strong intuition for frontend performance and debugging the rendering/bundling pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development for the Advisor Experience Secure Messaging product, building rich, performant UIs.
• Design and maintain scalable frontend architecture and component libraries.
• Collaborate with Product Design to translate wireframes into accessible interfaces.
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and services, defining API contracts.
• Champion frontend best practices including accessibility and automated testing.
