Job summary

Photon seeks a Frontend Architect to lead architecture for React Web and React Native in a digital banking platform. You will define scalable frontend and micro-frontend patterns, governance for libraries and design systems, and secure API integrations.

You will mentor teams, set engineering standards, and partner with UX, Backend, Cloud, and DevSecOps to deliver an end-to-end, accessible, high-performance UI across web and mobile.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise React Web and React Native applications.
• 3+ years in Front End Architecture, Technical Leadership, or Solution Design roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in large-scale, customer-facing digital platforms using Agile methods.
• Experience designing micro-frontend architectures and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for React Web and React Native applications for digital banking channels.
• Define frontend and micro-frontend architecture with application shell, routing, and deployment boundaries.
• Govern shared component libraries, design systems, versioning, and cross-application communication.
• Define patterns for state management, routing, API integration, security, offline support, and data sync.
• Define secure mobile architecture patterns including biometric auth and secure storage.
• Collaborate with UX to translate requirements into scalable, accessible UI.
• Establish frontend standards, guidelines, and architecture principles.
• Lead architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews, and mentor frontend teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Architecture, Backend, Cloud, DevSecOps, QA, and Product for end-to-end delivery.
• Support production readiness, release planning, performance tuning, and knowledge transfer.
