Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Architect to lead architectural direction and design for high-performance web applications. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive frontend solutions, and shape the technology roadmap across cloud-enabled platforms.

The role emphasizes architectural excellence, collaboration with Product, SRE, and DevOps, and a strong focus on scalable, high-quality software in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in developing customer facing products or web applications.
• Expertise in designing architecture and architectural patterns implementation.
• Expertise in Frontend Applications with React/Next.js.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes/ Service Mesh).
• Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS and deployment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Architect, Design & Guide teams to build modern front-end solutions for millions of end-users.
• Work with Open-source technologies and applications to enable scalable platforms.
• Create a robust frontend architecture for massive scalability and high performance.
• Own & define the technology roadmap for Client experience applications over the next years.
• Partner with Product Development, SRE & DevOps in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Focus on software quality and follow best software engineering practices.
